We believe in nurturing talent, fostering growth, and contributing to the future of the construction sector. That’s why we’ve partnered with George Brown and Nova Scotia Community College to establish a construction bursary that aims to help shape the next generation of highly skilled professionals who will bring their expertise, innovation, and commitment to an industry in need of their skills. With 10 bursaries available at each school, we’re offering:

George Brown College

  • Five (5) bursaries valued at $5,000 per student recipient, granted in Spring 2025
  • Five (5) bursaries valued at $5,000 per student recipient, granted in Fall 2025

Nova Scotia Community College

  • Five (5) bursaries valued at $5,000 per student recipient, granted in Spring 2025
  • Five (5) bursaries at valued at $5,000 per student recipient, granted in Fall 2025

Open to eligible students at George Brown and Nova Scotia Community College1, this bursary provides financial assistance to aspiring professionals enrolled in construction management, masonry, carpentry, or electrical programs. Bursary recipients will be selected by each schools’ student awards office based on the application criteria, academic standing, and financial need.
