Employee Programs
Northbridge is committed to supporting the charitable endeavours of our people through their financial and time contributions. Our employee programs include:
- Double Matching Employee Donations: : We give $2 for every $1 donated by our employees, matching up to $2,000 per employee.
- Volunteer Grants: For every 40 hours our employees donate in volunteer time, we’ll match it with $500 towards their organization of choice.
- Team Volunteer Days: We think being socially responsible is an important part of our job, so we give our teams one day each year to volunteer in their communities.

ThriveYouth delivers arts-based leadership development programs to children and youth in underserved communities across Canada.
We’ve been Thrive Youth’s champion partner for over 25 years and support a variety of initiatives such as Learn Create Explore, Youth Lead Impact and Build to Change.
Jack.org supports youth mental health through peer-to-peer education, stigma reduction initiatives and community building.
We proudly support over 160 Jack Chapters across high schools, university campuses and other community settings nationwide.
The goal of Pathways to Education is to break the cycle of poverty by supporting youth education. Its program supports low-income students as they work towards high school graduation.
We offer paid internships to alumni, helping them gain valuable workplace skills and professional contacts.
SickKids is a leader in cutting-edge research and specialized pediatric healthcare.
We support their research by funding endowments for a Chair in Pediatric Research, a Chair in Inflammatory Bowel Disease, a Fellowship in Cancer Research, and the Catalyst Scholar for Healthy Active Kids.
Tree Canada is dedicated to planting and nurturing trees to protect Canada’s tree canopy while also engaging in greening programs, research, and engagement efforts.
Through Tree Canada, we help restore green spaces, aid disaster recovery, and support the greening of schools across Canada.
United Way helps transition people from poverty to possibility, supports kids’ potential, and helps build strong communities.
We support their Youth Housing & Homelessness Prevention Fund which aids local organizations like 360Kids, Boys & Girls Club, and Yellow Brick House.
In addition to working with organizations that benefit Canadian youth, we’ve also been long time supporters of the Women in Insurance Cancer Crusade (WICC).
